Ever gone to bed and tried to sleep, but all you seem to be able to think about is what you need to do tomorrow? Yes, I think we’ve all been there!
A great way to avoid this, is to adopt a simple method of putting pen to paper and writing a to do list of things you want to achieve for the next day. This way, your mind has time to reconcile these things before trying to get to sleep. You can even go one step further and complete your list by writing the words “I’m not going to think about these things again until tomorrow.”
It’s a simple idea, but it really does work and remember that…. it’s the simple things in life which are often the best! Sweet dreams 🙂
