1. Phone a friend to workout with who will encourage you and lift your spirits
2. Pick an outfit you want to fit into and place it where you can see it as you work out, or as a screensaver
3. Pick your favourite song or a new one that will pump you up and get you moving
4. Watch some catch up TV you missed during the week while you exercise
5. Focus on how good you’ll l feel after the workout rather than why you don’t want to do it
6. Remember why you started
