Returns & Exchanges
Not happy with your items? No worries, we’re here to help. Returns will be accepted within 14 days of your date of purchase. Please make sure your item(s) meet the following criteria;
– Items must be returned and received by us within 14 days of your date of order to be eligible for either a store credit or refund, no exceptions allowed.
– Returns must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, unwashed and with all original tags attached.
– Any returns sent after 14 days will not be accepted. No exceptions allowed.
– Sale items, sample items and accessories are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
– If items are deemed faulty or not as described, a full refund shall be granted within 2 business days of receipt of return.
– If items are returned for any reason other than stated above, a store credit for the same amount shall be granted for you for immediate use and with no expiration date.
– Shimmishango shall not be held liable for postage costs relating to returned items ie items not picked up from the post office on time. Any items returned to us will receive a full credit refund, less postage costs.

Do we offer return satchels?
We do not offer return satchels right now, but will as we expand in the future.
If you wish to exchange your item/s for another size, you must return your item/s back to us. A store credit will be granted and you may then place an order for the desired size.
