Have to force yourself to exercise? Don’t worry, it’s perfectly normal and you’re not alone.

Just because we personal trainers promote fitness, doesn’t mean it automatically comes easy to us. We’re only human too after all and like anything worth having, it takes real commitment, effort and a conscious decision each day to better yourself. It’s not like we were born with a magic spoon in our mouths that somehow makes working out easier.

So next time you are thinking you couldn’t be bothered with a workout, don’t beat yourself up, but rather know that it’s perfectly normal and no matter who you are, it takes real effort and courage to make the conscious decision to better yourself.
