What I especially love about these yummy pancakes is that there’s no blender washing required and extra protein in the diet is also a huge PLUS!!!
1 tspn baking powder
100ml water or almond milk
2 scoops of your favourite protein powder
Cooking spray or alternative
Place a non-stick pan coated with cooking spray or alternative onto medium heat.
Mix eggs, baking powder, protein powder and water or almond milk in a bowl.
With 1/3 of a cup measure, scoop batter up and pour into pan, flipping when bubbles begin to form in the batter.
Serve with either strawberries, blueberries, choc chips, nuts, greek yoghurt, light syrup or a mixture of all.
