1. stop and take a deep breath. Reassure yourself that this feeling is only temporary and that things will be ok.
2. detox, make yourself a herbal tea, take some vitamins or have a drink of water with lemon in it. Think of it as cleansing the negative energy from your body.
3. go for a walk and get some sunlight on your skin.
4. distract yourself. Go to the blog of one of your mentors and soak in their positive vibes.
5. write down how you’re feeling. Expressing your emotions creates clarity.
6. think of everything that’s good in your life and that you are grateful for.
7. remove negativity. No longer surround yourself with things that cause you grief, or spend as little time around them as possible.
8. plan one thing that will move you closer to your goal and work towards achieving it.
